We can’t thank Tom enough for the work he did inspecting a home we were looking to purchase. My husband and I were impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness. Tom really took his time on the inspection, paying attention to every little detail. My husband and I left the inspection confident that he found everything there was to find. His report was extremely detailed including pictures and videos of all issues found. It was due to his work that we ultimately decided not to move forward with the purchase. We really appreciated that Tom had or best interest in mind when it came to the inspection. We can’t thank him enough and will definitely use him again in the future.
