Tom was extremely thorough! He saved me from buying a house that looked absolutely beautiful ,but was falling apart at the structure. He pointed out everything that was concerning, and or a safety issue. Things I would have never noticed. I would have spent thousands on repairs if I bought the house. Thank you so much Tom!
