Crawled 20 feet under a deck

This was my second home inspection, and I thought Tom was great.  He was timely, professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough.  For example, he crawled 20 feet under a deck to inspect a suspicious area and found some wood rot.  I couldn’t recommend Tom more highly.
